NutriClient™ and the stack you've built
The DIY alternative — a scheduler, a notes tool, a forms app, a payment link, a spreadsheet. When to stay, and when to move.

Stay or move
Which one fits you.
Stay where you are if…
- Every tool you use was chosen by you, and you would not give up any one of them.
- You have already built the joins — the copy-paste habits, the naming conventions, the folder that makes it all work — and they cost you almost nothing now.
- Your practice is small enough that nothing falls through the gaps, and you would rather spend on something else.
- You are still working out what kind of practice you want. A stack bends. A platform asks you to decide.
Move if…
- You are typing the same client's details into more than one place.
- The answer to a client's question lives in three different apps, and you have to remember which.
- You are paying for more subscriptions than you can name from memory.
- The joins between your tools are held together by you — and they stop working the week you are ill.
- You want your nutrition work to live in the same record as everything else, instead of beside it.
One thing to look at
The food work and the client record are the same record.
Open a client. The meal plan, the food lookup, the nutrient work and the chart are the same screen — not a separate app you paste results out of. The food database, the nutrient tools, the guidelines and the planning tools are standard on every plan and are never gated.
If you move
What the move involves, and what it doesn't.
What we do
- Your client list and contact details, brought across for you.
- Health Record Migration is free on an annual plan.
- A spreadsheet you have kept for years, brought in by the person doing your move.
What does not come across
- Notes and records held inside another product cannot be brought across unless that product exports them — and what it exports is theirs to decide, not ours.
- Anything living only in a paper file or in your head comes across the way it always has: by you, over time.
- Historical bookings are not recreated as appointments.
Who checks it: You do. We bring it across and you check it against what you had before anything goes live — we never mark a move complete on your behalf.
What it costs
Health Record Migration is free on an annual plan.
It is a one-time service. On an annual plan it is free, and we credit what is left of your current provider's fee.
- One time
- US$99
- On an annual plan
- Free
- Your old plan
- What is left of your current provider's fee, credited back
Compare
The surest comparison is your own week in it.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is taken at checkout but not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before.
