Messaging
Messages are easy. Keeping the thread is not.
Your clients write from their portal and your whole practice answers from one inbox. The conversation stays with the client, not on someone's own phone or in their own email.

Beyond the basics
What happens to the conversation.
Every system can send a client a message. Here is what ours does with the conversation.
Ask about this
Every message says what it's about.
Every visit, care-plan item, form, bill and resource in the client's portal has its own "Ask about this" button. The message arrives with a chip that names the thing, so nobody has to ask "which one?"
Answer it and act on it
Answer it where you can act on it.
You can finish things from the thread. Book what they asked for, attach what they sent to their record, or open their record before you answer.
The words stay inside
The email says it arrived. Not what it says.
The client's email tells them a message is waiting and who it's from. The message itself stays in their portal, behind their sign-in. Your own email address never comes into it.
The life of one conversation
Follow one question from start to finish.
One client's question about their home program, from their portal to your inbox and back, and where it lives afterwards.
The client portal › Care Plan
They ask about the thing itself.
On the exercise in their care plan, they tap the button to tell you how it's going. The message starts already tied to that exercise.
Daily Workflow › Inbox
It lands in one inbox.
It arrives in the practice's Chats with everyone else's, marked unread. If nobody has answered after a while, the practitioner gets an email saying a client is waiting.
Daily Workflow › Inbox › Chats
You answer, and do what they asked.
Reply inside the thread, attach the updated program, and book the re-check without leaving it. Every reply carries the name of whoever on the team wrote it.
Their email · the portal bell
They're told it arrived, and nothing more.
An email says a message is waiting and from whom, and the bell on every portal page shows it. The words are only in the portal.
The client portal › Messages
They read and reply where their care is.
The answer, the program and a photo of where it catches, all in one thread. The portal tells them when to expect a reply and gives the practice's number for anything urgent.
Daily Workflow › Inbox · Client profile
It stays with the client.
From the thread, the client's record is one step away, and what they sent can be filed into it. Archiving puts a thread away but deletes nothing, and a name or a word finds it again.
Made for nutrition
Questions about the plan, attached to the plan.
"Can I swap Tuesday's lunch?" arrives attached to the plan it's about.
Try it with a real client
Keep the whole conversation.
Start a free trial and answer your next client from the inbox, or book a demo and walk through it with someone who knows the work.
Where the conversation leads.
The Inbox, and the day it sits beside.
The visit a question is about, and the one you book from it.
The forms clients ask about, and what comes back.
Bills can be asked about too.
Talking to another practitioner rather than to a client.
