Each person has one record, whatever hats they wear: their role, their working week, and their time off.
Approve a practitioner's time off and the clients it touches land on the Front Desk as rebooking to-dos. Nobody has to remember to look.
Supervision
A supervised note closes only once it is signed off.
Set who oversees whom, and what each person may do. A note written under supervision cannot close until the supervisor signs it, so nothing slips past on a busy week.

The Team plan includes two practitioner seats, and you add more as you hire. Front-desk and admin seats are free, in any number. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is taken at checkout but not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before.
